Pricing & Contracts

We offer three options depending on your needs:

Monthly flat-rate plan (recommended) — a fixed monthly fee covering your IT support needs. This is the best value and what we recommend for most businesses, since you get predictable costs and priority service.

Block of hours — purchase a bundle of hours upfront at a discounted rate and draw from it as needed. This works well for businesses with occasional but unpredictable IT needs. Keep in mind that some jobs can take many hours and are difficult to estimate in advance, so a block of hours protects you from an unexpectedly large bill.

Hourly billing — available for smaller, one-off jobs. Standard hourly rates apply, though you'll always get a better rate with a flat-rate plan or block of hours.

Reach out for a free consultation and we'll recommend the option that makes the most sense for your situation.

No long-term contracts required. We believe in earning your business month after month, not locking you in. Whether you're on a monthly flat-rate plan, a block of hours, or paying hourly for a one-off job — you're never tied to a commitment you're not comfortable with.

Both. If you have a specific project — a network installation, a cloud migration, a new server setup — we can handle that as a standalone engagement. For day-to-day IT needs, an ongoing support plan typically provides better value and peace of mind.

Response Times

We respond the same day, typically within a few hours of your call or message. We're available Monday through Sunday, 9am to 6pm — so you're never waiting until Monday morning about something that came up over the weekend.

Call us directly at (408) 827-5842 — calling is always the fastest way to reach us for anything time-sensitive. When you call, you reach us directly, not a call center or a ticket queue.

Leave us a voicemail and we'll call you back first thing when we open. Our hours are 9am to 6pm, seven days a week, which means the longest you'd ever wait is until 9am the next morning.

Service Area

We serve businesses throughout the Bay Area. Since the majority of issues can be resolved remotely, your exact location often doesn't matter. For on-site visits — hardware, cabling, new equipment setup — we cover the broader Bay Area region.

Absolutely. Remote support has no geographic limits — we can help your team members wherever they're working, whether that's across town or across the country.

What Businesses We Work With

We primarily serve small and medium businesses — typically companies with anywhere from 2 to 100 employees. That's where having a dedicated, responsive IT partner makes the biggest practical difference.

We work across a wide range of industries — law firms, medical offices, retail businesses, professional services, and more. What matters more than your industry is that you rely on technology to run your business and want someone reliable to manage it.

Absolutely. We work with businesses at every stage — from companies setting up IT for the first time, to those looking to improve or take over management of an existing environment. We'll assess what you have and build from there.

Remote vs On-Site Support

Most of the time, yes. The majority of issues — software problems, configuration changes, account access, network troubleshooting — can be resolved quickly via secure remote access. This is faster and more convenient for your team.

You call or message us, we'll ask you to run a quick secure connection tool, and from there we can see and control your computer to diagnose and fix the issue. The connection is fully encrypted and you can watch everything we do in real time. Most sessions take just a few minutes.

On-site visits are needed for hardware issues, new equipment installation, physical network cabling, and anything that genuinely requires hands-on attention. We always try remote resolution first — and if an on-site visit is needed, we'll let you know upfront and schedule it promptly.

How to Get Started

We'll schedule a free consultation — by phone or in person, whatever works for you. We'll ask about your current technology, your pain points, and what you're trying to accomplish. From there, we'll put together a clear recommendation and quote with no pressure and no obligation.

Not at all. Just tell us in plain language what you need or what's going wrong — we'll handle every technical detail from there. We also deal with third-party vendors on your behalf, including your internet provider, software companies, and hardware suppliers. You never have to sit on hold with a support line again.

Nothing at all. No documentation, no technical details, no preparation required. Just reach out and describe what you're dealing with — we'll ask the right questions and take it from there.
